Usage Guide for Emergency Services

Learn how to use the Fire Terminator FT JN1010 effectively in emergency situations

Fire Terminator FT JN1010 is compatible with all current firefighting equipment. No additional hardware accessories are needed.

The tanks on modern fire trucks can be switched from carrying foam to carrying the Fire Terminator solution. For fire trucks without foam tanks, the concentrate can be poured into the main tank with the appropriate mix ratio.

Inductors
The most common way to use our solution is via an inductor.

Mix Ratio
We recommend using 6% Fire Terminator FT JN1010 to 94% fresh or salt water. This ratio of concentrate may even be increased to 20:80 depending on the desired speed and efficacy needed to knock down the fire. The higher the concentration mix, the faster the suppression.

After Opening
Unlike other solutions, Fire Terminator solution can be uncapped, recapped and kept within the duration of the shelf life without degrading and losing any efficacy. If the concentrate is not used up completely during a session, simply recap the lid and keep it for the next fight.

Fire Truck Benefits
Fire Terminator solutions are non-corrosive unlike other toxic foams. This means the life of fire trucks are also extended with no damage being done compared to traditional corrosive foams.

After using the traditional toxic foams, firefighters typically have to flush and rise the tanks and hoses. Despite the cleaning. these foams can still leave toxic residue on the equipment even after rinsing and flushing. Fire Terminator solutions are less toxic than even drinking water, and once mixed with water, the solution biodegrades within 5 days. With Fire Terminator solutions being used tanks, hoses and equipment can be cleaned with the same maintenance techniques without any stubborn residue being left behind.
